: (1) According to rule 13, the Secretariat shall conduct an investigation regarding whether the application form received in the Commission has not been completed as mentioned in the advertisement.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if it is found that the application form is not received within the deadline, does not meet the minimum qualification, other details mentioned in the advertisement are not disclosed or not matched, examination fee is not submitted or is not received in any other way, no action will be taken on such application form.
(3) In accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2), if the candidate's application is found to be valid during the scrutiny of the application form, the candidate will be registered and provided with an admit card in the format determined by the commission to participate in the examination.
(4) If the admit card provided by the Commission is lost or destroyed according to sub-rule (3), a copy of the admit card will be made available based on the application and demand of the person concerned.
(5) The application form of any candidate will not be accepted subject to conditions.
(6) If the application form of a candidate is not duly submitted, such application form can be canceled in any case.
